Wellness Wednesdays 
Two experiences with the same mission, to offer an inclusive experience of yoga. 
11 - 11:45am Lawn (Chair & Mat)
12 - 1pm Feel Good Yoga at Jump's Move Studio

In each session, she’ll introduce techniques to empower participants of any age, size or experience to establish the healthy lifetime habit of yoga.

Beginning in June or when weather permits, Debbi will teach Lawn (CHAIR or Mat YOGA) on Jump’s Front Lawn . This is a great opportunity to give yoga a try in your street clothes!

 

Yoga on the Lawn (Chair & Mat), 11 – 11:45a on Jump’s Front Lawn is for everyBODY, and FREE to the commUNITY. Come as you are, drop in when you can, no special equipment or clothing required. Your guide, Debbi Murphy, PhD, has been leading adult wellness programs for over 40 years and will lead you through FUN movements that will bring a smile to your face & can help YOU feel more calm, resilient & balanced. With the use of chairs as well as mats, Debbi will adapt the practice to YOU! In the case of inclement weather, we will move inside Jump.

 

Feel Good Yoga, Jump’s MOVE Studio, 12 – 1p, Take time to Feel Good. The goal of this experience is to provide commUNITY a space to come together and learn how yoga can bring more peace, strength and resilience to everyBODY! Come as you are, drop in when you can, no special equipment or clothing required. Join the fun at Jump's MOVE studio. All sessions include modifications so they're appropriate for everyBODY. Space is limited for in person, unlimited for live stream.
